He served on active duty as an intelligence office in the 75th Ranger Regiment and was a judge advocate in the West Virginia Army National Guard. Mr. Haslam earned his B.A. degree, cum laude, from Emory & Henry College; and his J.D. degree, with distinction, from Ohio Northern University - Pettit College of Law.
