is the founder of Jason Finch & Associates PC, LLO, a general practice law firm with a particular focus on immigration.He is fluent in Spanish (reading, writing, and speaking), which he learned while serving as a missionary in Spain. Mr. Finch is also the co-owner of Nebraska’s only U.S.-CIS approved Regional Center. He represented NuNebraska Regional Center, before U.S.-CIS, from its creation to the present. Mr. Finch earned his B.S. degree from Brigham Young University, his M.B.A and J.D. degrees from Drake University, and his LL.M degree from University of Arkansas - Fayetteville. He is admitted to practice in Iowa, U.S. District Court for the District of Nebraska, U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Iowa, U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Iowa and the Eighth Circuit Court of Appeals.
