Susi Boss
has been a senior paralegal with Higdon, Hardy & Zuflacht, L.L.P. for 22 years. She is the past president of the paralegal division of the State Bar of Texas and a member of the State Bar of Texas Family's Law Section, The College of the State Bar of Texas, San Antonio Bar Association, National Association of Legal Assistants, and San Antonio Paralegal Association. Ms. Boss earned her associates degree from the College of Paralegal Studies.

Courtney Sierra
is an attorney with Thacker Sleight. She focuses her practice exclusively on family law, including divorces and custody matters. Her comprehensive family law experiences includes handling divorces involving complex child custody disputes. Ms. Sierra helps clients resolve disputes without litigation, but is equally skilled in a trial setting. Before her legal career, Ms. Sierra worked with adults and children to help them learn to cope, emotionally and psychologically, with the challenges that mental health difficulties bring as a psychiatric rehabilitation therapist. Her experience working with children in a therapeutic setting gives her the ability to look at complex custody matters uniquely and beneficially. Ms. Sierra earned her bachelor's degree from Idaho State University and her J.D. degree, cum laude, from Western Michigan University Thomas M. Cooley Law School.

William D. Ashwell
is an attorney with Ashwell & Ashwell, PLLC. He practices in the areas of civil litigation, land use and zoning, appellate advocacy, business and commercial law, and trust and estate planning. Mr. Ashwell is admitted to practice in Virginia and before the U.S. District Court for the Eastern and Western districts of Virginia, U.S. Court of Appeals for the Fourth Circuit, U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Eastern District of Virginia, and the U.S. Supreme Court. He is a member of the Virginia State Bar and Fauquier Bar Association, and serves on the Virginia State Bar Seventh District Disciplinary Committee. Mr. Ashwell earned his B.A. degree from Hampden-Sydney College and his J.D. degree from the University of Dayton School of Law.
