Gretchen N Marty provides focused guidance on information governance and electronic discovery matters to Littler Mendelson P.C.'s lawyers and their clients. She frequently conducts internal training for new lawyers on eDiscovery "best practices," and frequently speaks on eDiscovery and litigation technology issues. Ms. Marty earned her B.A. degree, cum laude, from Hofstra University, and her J.D. degree from Capital University Law School. During law school, she served as a judicial extern for the Hon. Anne Taylor of the Franklin County Municipal Court and went on to work for the Columbus City Attorney's Office in the Prosecution and Police Legal divisions. Ms. Marty was a member of the International Criminal Court Moot Court Team and served as an alumni relations coordinator on the moot court executive board. As an undergraduate, she interned for the Hon. Denny Chinn of the U.S. District Court, Southern District of New York. Ms. Marty is admitted to practice in Ohio, and is a member of the Ohio State Bar Association, Columbus Bar Association and American Bar Association.
