John C Lowenberg is an attorney at Stark & Stark, PC in the Accident and Personal Injury Group where he represents clients who have suffered from catastrophic injuries resulting from auto accidents, product liability, and premises liability. Prior to joining Stark & Stark, he worked as the Deputy Attorney General for the Transportation, Construction, and Condemnation Section in the office of the New Jersey Attorney General. In this position, Mr. Lowenberg represented the New Jersey Department of Transportation and the New Jersey Motor Vehicle Commission in mediations, settlement hearings, and administrative trials. He has also worked as an associate attorney for several firms, and served as a law clerk for the Honorable Kay Walcott-Henderson, J.S.C., at the Mercer County Superior Court, Family Part in Trenton, New Jersey, and for a law firm in Cranford, New Jersey. Mr. Lowenberg is a member of the New Jersey State Bar Association. A native of Ewing, New Jersey, he volunteers his time as an essay grader for the Themis Bar Review and is a member of the Mercer County Bar Association. Mr. Lowenberg earned his B.A. degree from Stockton University and his J.D. degree from Rutgers Law School.
