Speaker bio
J. Wesley Hisaw
is a shareholder with Holland & Hisaw, where his practice areas include domestic law, personal injury, product liability, corporate law, civil rights lawsuits, estate law, and employment law. He was named one of the Top 40 Under 40 litigation lawyers for the state of Mississippi by the American Society of Legal Advocates and the National Trial Lawyer's Association. Mr. Hisaw was also named a Top Ten Attorney for the state of Mississippi in the area of personal injury by the National Association of Personal Injury Attorneys, and listed as a Premier 100 Attorney by the American Academy of Trial Attorneys. He is licensed to practice in Mississippi and Tennessee, and before the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Fifth and Sixth circuits, Northern and Southern districts of Mississippi, and the Western District of Tennessee. Mr. Hisaw is also listed as a Rising Star with Super Lawyers. He earned his undergraduate degree and his J.D. degree from the University of Mississippi.

Mick Levin
is a sole proprietor, and attended both undergrad and law school at Arizona State University. His practice has been dedicated to the representation of personal injury victims. Mr. Levin is a member of the American Bar Association, American Association for Justice, National Crime Victims Bar Association, State Bar of Arizona, Arizona Association for Justice, and Maricopa County Bar Association. He is a member of the Arizona Association for Justice's CLE Board and presents an annual UM/UIM seminar for that organization.

Kana Roller
is an attorney at Stevens & Brand, L.L.P. She is an attorney practicing in the area of litigation, and focuses her litigation work in personal injury, wrongful death, and insurance litigation. These include claims like motor vehicle collisions, bicycle accidents, animal attacks, (civil) sexual assault cases, medical malpractice, product liability, insurance coverage disputes, and claims against insurers for failing to properly defend and indemnify their insureds when faced with claims against them. The entirety of Ms. Roller's professional, legal career has been focused on working with victims who have endured at the fault of another, and she is driven to help individuals in these cases to get justice and accountability against the wrongdoers. She has been a longstanding member of the American Bar Association, Kansas Bar Association, and The Missouri Bar. Ms. Roller earned her B.A. degree, magna cum laude, from Washburn University and her J.D. degree from Washburn University School of Law.

John C. Lowenberg
is an attorney at Stark & Stark, PC in the accident and personal injury group where he represents clients who have suffered from catastrophic injuries resulting from auto accidents, product liability, and premises liability. Prior to joining Stark & Stark, he worked as the deputy attorney general for the Transportation, Construction, and Condemnation Section in the office of the New Jersey Attorney General. In this position, Mr. Lowenberg represented the New Jersey Department of Transportation and the New Jersey Motor Vehicle Commission in mediations, settlement hearings, and administrative trials. He has also worked as an associate attorney for several firms, and served as a law clerk for the Honorable Kay Walcott-Henderson, J.S.C., at the Mercer County Superior Court, Family Part in Trenton, New Jersey, and for a law firm in Cranford, New Jersey. Mr. Lowenberg is a member of the New Jersey State Bar Association. A native of Ewing, New Jersey, he volunteers his time as an essay grader for the Themis Bar Review and is a member of the Mercer County Bar Association. Mr. Lowenberg earned his B.A. degree from Stockton University and his J.D. degree from Rutgers Law School.
