Speaker bio
Stephen Kopko
, Esq. is an attorney of the Anzalone & Doyle in Wilkes-Barre, Pennsylvania where he focuses on plaintiff's personal injury, including injuries resulting from motor-vehicle accidents, slip/trip and fall events, medical malpractice, and nursing home negligence. He is a member of the Pennsylvania Bar Association, Pennsylvania Association of Justice, Northeastern Pennsylvania Trial Lawyers Association, Lackawanna County Bar Association, and Wilkes-Barre Law and Library Association. Mr. Kopko is a 2008 magna cum laude graduate of King's College with a degree in political science, where he received the John F. Kennedy award for having the highest GPA in political science. He then received his J.D. degree from the Syracuse University College of Law. After graduating from law school, Mr. Kopko worked as a volunteer public defender in Lackawanna County and then at a local law firm. Prior to working at Anzalone & Doyle, he worked for a local law firm that specialized in representing insurance companies in personal injury matters. Mr. Kopko has represented insurance companies at each stage of litigation, including at trial and at the Pennsylvania Superior Court. In 2023, he decided to change his career path and use his skills and knowledge to benefit victims in personal injury matters. Mr. Kopko's prior experience provides him with unique insight into how the insurance industry operates, which he uses to help his clients. In 2019, he was named to the Top 20 under 40 by the Northeast Business Journal. This honor recognized Mr. Kopko as one of the top professionals in all of Northeastern Pennsylvania. He was one of only two attorneys honored that year. In addition to being a litigator, Mr. Kopko has also published articles analyzing civil litigation issues. These articles have appeared in the Pennsylvania Law Weekly and the Pennsylvania Lawyer magazine. He resides in Clarks Summit, Pennsylvania with wife, Julia and two daughters, Imogene and Ruby. Mr. Kopko is active in his community serving as a co-chairperson of the Our Lady of the Snows Country Bazaar. He is also a lector for Our Lady of the Snows. Mr. Kopko also volunteers his time as a pro-bono solicitor for the Abington Area Joint Recreation Board.

John Lowenberg
is an attorney at Stark & Stark, PC in the accident and personal injury group where he represents clients who have suffered from catastrophic injuries, including death, resulting from auto accidents, product liability, and premises liability. Prior to joining Stark & Stark, he worked as the deputy attorney general for the Transportation, Construction, and Condemnation Section in the office of the New Jersey Attorney General. In this position, Mr. Lowenberg represented the New Jersey Department of Transportation and the New Jersey Motor Vehicle Commission in mediations, settlement hearings, and administrative trials. He has also worked as an associate attorney for several firms, and served as a law clerk for the Honorable Kay Walcott-Henderson, J.S.C., at the Mercer County Superior Court, Family Part in Trenton, New Jersey, and for a law firm in Cranford, New Jersey. Mr. Lowenberg is a member of the New Jersey State Bar Association. A native of Ewing, New Jersey, he volunteers his time as an essay grader for the Themis Bar Review and is a member of the Mercer County Bar Association. Mr. Lowenberg earned his B.A. degree from Stockton University and his J.D. degree from Rutgers Law School.

Raymond Grasing
is an attorney with The Law Firm of Grasing & Associates. He has more than 25 years of trial experience in New York. Mr. Grasing knows how to try a case in a straight forward convincing manner, and how to pare down the facts and issues to their essential parts to help a jury reach the correct decision. His understanding of the law, gained through his trial experience, provides his clients with a distinct competitive advantage, whether or not their case gets to trial. Mr. Grasing practices in the areas of commercial litigation, personal injury, construction disputes, insurance coverage disputes, insurance coverage, collections, subrogation, arson, and fraud cases. He earned his B.A. degree from the State University of New York at Stony Brook and his J.D. degree from Brooklyn Law School.

Mark Favaloro
is the principal of Favaloro Law, originally established in Massachusetts before establishing his current Virginia Beach office. He brings 38 years of trial experience to the firm, having handled matters in the trial courts of the Commonwealths of Virginia and Massachusetts, as well as in the U.S. District courts and Courts of Appeal in the First and Fourth circuits. Mr. Favaloro is a member of the Virgnia State Bar, Massachusetts Bar Association, American Judicature Society, Massachusetts Academy of Trial Attorneys, Virginia Trial Lawyers Association and American Association for Justice (AAJ). He earned his B.S. degree, cum laude, from the University of New Hampshire, his J.D. degree from the New England Law/Boston and his LL.M. degree from the Boston University School of Law.
