Speaker bio
Michael A. Bragg
is currently a Freelance Florida registered paralegal. He has been in the legal profession for more than 35 years and has been involved in aviation, automotive, products liability, personal injury cases, and litigation support. Mr. Bragg has recently obtained an associate's degree in digital forensics and computer investigations from St. Petersburg College and Security+ Certification from CompTIA. Mr. Bragg earned his bachelor's degree from Madonna College in Michigan in Paralegal Studies.

Elizabeth Prout Lefler
is an independent compliance consultant and attorney. She serves on two Boards of Directors (one as chair), and is an owner of a product development company. Ms. Lefler served for 13 years as managing director, compliance for global investment banks, and ultimately as chief compliance & AML Officer of KeyBanc Capital Markets. Previously, she held positions as senior counsel with the U.S. SEC, legal advisor to Commissioner Isaac C. Hunt, and associate with Morgan Lewis & Bockius. Ms. Lefler has served as chair of FINRA's Market Regulation Committee, as FINRA Panelist (i.e., judge) in enforcement actions, and as an expert witness on securities legal matters. Ms. Lefler earned her J.D. degree from George Mason University School of Law and her B.A. degree from Bates College. She is licensed to practice law in Florida and Virginia. Ms. Lefler has held various financial licenses, including NYSE Series 14 (chief compliance officer), FINRA (supervisory principal), and deemed "Fit & Proper" to serve as chief compliance & AML officer of an Irish Bank. Ms. Lefler is also a certified U.S. sailing judge.

Sarah J. Barnes
is an attorney and legal counsel with Voya Financial, where she handles all levels of trust and estate administration matters. She was previously in private practice for many years, where she practiced in the areas of estate planning and elder law. Ms. Barnes earned her B.A. degree from Edgewood College and her J.D. degree from Marquette University Law School. Her professional memberships include the State Bar of Wisconsin, Dane County Bar Association, Legal Association of Women, and the Madison Estate Planning Council. Ms. Barnes serves on a number of non-profit boards, is a frequent speaker at various continuing legal education seminars, and has served as adjunct faculty at the University of Wisconsin-Madison and Marquette University Law School. She is admitted to practice in the state of Wisconsin.
